Chris Taylor – President
Chris has been involved in the automotive business since 1986 with his first automotive dealership, Chris Taylor Auto Sales Ltd, which was located just a few blocks to the west of our current location.  In 1994 he began his journey rising through the ranks at two of Windsor’s highest volume Chrysler dealers in Ontario.  His experience included roles of increasing responsibility.  He held various positions including New Car Sales Manager, Used Car Sales Manager and most recently General Sales Manager.  The vast knowledge he gained during this time is what convinced him that the timing was right to re-enter the used car market on his own again.  Chris has amassed a large, loyal following of clientele during his 21+ years in the business; He has earned their trust by treating each customer with honesty and respect.

Doris Taylor – Secretary-Treasurer
Doris has spent her entire life involved in the retail/automotive business working her way up in her family’s downtown Windsor Canadian Tire store.  At age 16 she began assisting with the bookkeeping for the company, which she continued to do until the sale of the franchise in 1999.  During this time she was also Office Manager/Controller for Chris Taylor Auto Sales Ltd.

Matt Taylor – General Manager
Matt entered the car business in 1989, following in his brother Chris' footsteps, as a Sales Associate with Chris Taylor Auto Sales Ltd. Over the past 18 years, he has worked in various positions at two of Ontario's highest volume Ford and Chrysler Dealerships in Windsor, including Sales Associate, Finance and Insurance Manager and Sales Manager. Larry Snively – Sales Representative
Larry is a seasoned veteran of the automotive sales business for over 23 years, mostly at Ford and
Chrysler dealers, including several years as Pre-Owned Sales Manager at one of the country’s premier
Ford dealers. Larry has also had experience in Real Estate Sales and in politics, being a former Mayor of
the Town of Essex, a position he held with distinction.

Brian Duncan – Sales Representative
Brian began his career in the automotive business in 1999 working at General Motors dealerships, selling both New and Pre-Owned vehicles. During this time he gained hundreds of satisfied customers and was a top sales performer year after year. Let Brian put his expertise to work for you and show you the AutoMAXX difference!

Michelle Taylor – Controller
The eldest daughter of Doris & Chris, Michelle has worked at several new car dealerships in Windsor since the age of 16.   She has held various positions, starting as receptionist and progressing to full-time Accounting Assistant.  Michelle graduated from the University of Windsor in 2005 with the degree Honours Bachelor of Commerce.  She is currently enrolled in the Certified General Accountants Program while working full time for Gordon B. Lee Chartered Accountants.  She assumes the role of AutoMAXX Controller on a part-time basis.

Kristi Taylor – Support Staff

The youngest daughter of Doris & Chris, Kristi has also worked for a new car dealership in Windsor, as a service cashier.  Kristi graduated in 2005 as a licensed Esthetician, then returned to school and graduated in April 2007 as a licensed hair stylist.  She will assist part-time with various duties at AutoMAXX while working full time in the beauty industry
