Highly motivated, Chris' experience in the automotive industry stems from opening an automotive dealership in 1986, Chris Taylor Auto Sales Ltd. Eight short years later, his knowledge of cars led to his journey rising through the ranks at two of Windsor's highest volume Chrysler dealers in Ontario. He held various positions including New Car Sales Manager, Used Car Sales Manager and General Sales Manager. The on the job experience & knowledge gained during this time led to his re-entry into the Windsor pre-owned car market. Chris' loyal following of clientele during his 24+ years in the business is a testament to being a successful Windsor pre-owned car dealer.

Secretary - Treasurer
Doris has spent her entire life involved in the retail/automotive business working her way up in her family's downtown Windsor Canadian Tire store. At age 16 she began assisting with the bookkeeping for the company, which she continued to do until the sale of the franchise in 1999. During this time she was also Office Manager/Controller for Chris Taylor Auto Sales Ltd.

General Manager
Matt entered the car business in 1989, following in his brother Chris' footsteps, as a Sales Associate with Chris Taylor Auto Sales Ltd. Over the past 18 years, he has worked in various positions at two of Ontario's highest volume Ford and Chrysler Dealerships in Windsor, including Sales Associate, Finance and Insurance Manager and Sales Manager. Matt's positions at AutoMAXX include General Manager and also Finance and Insurance Specialist.

General Sales & Service Manager
Mickey began his career in the automotive industry as a Lot Attendant at a local Chrysler dealership. Two years later he was promoted to Sales Representative. He has enjoyed great success and acquired many loyal customers over the course of the last 15 years, the majority of which were spent working with Chris. And now Mickey’s hard work and dedication has earned him the promotion to the position of General Sales & Service Manager. He is now responsible for the performance and staff of the Sales, Service and Reconditioning Departments along with continuing as a Sales Associate Extraordinaire! Service Manager
Michael, the son-in-law of Chris & Doris, joined the company in January 2009 as a Lot Attendant and soon after began his career as a Sales Representative. He has earned rave reviews from his customers and as a result has achieved great success month after month! In December 2010, Michael was promoted to the postion of Service Manager. He is responsible for supervising the complete mechanical and reconditioning process of all vehicles, assuring each vehicle meets the highest level of quality service possible!

Larry is a seasoned veteran of the automotive sales business for over 25 years, mostly at Ford and Chrysler dealers, including several years as Pre-Owned Sales Manager at one of the country's premier Ford dealers. Larry has also had experience in Real Estate Sales and in politics, being a former Mayor of the Town of Essex, a position he held with distinction. Controller
The eldest daughter of Doris & Chris, Michelle has worked at several new car dealerships in Windsor since the age of 16. She has held various positions, starting as receptionist and progressing to full-time Accounting Assistant. Michelle graduated from the University of Windsor in 2005 with the degree Honours Bachelor of Commerce. In 2009 she was admitted into the Certified General Accountants Society of Canada. She assumes the role of AutoMAXX Controller on a part-time basis while working full time for a national accounting firm.

Administrative Assistant
Chris and Doris' youngest daughter, Kristi is a licensed Esthetician/Hair Stylist and also has experience working for a new car dealership in Windsor, as a service cashier. As a result of our continued business growth and success, Kristi has now joined the family business on a full time basis as an Administrative Assistant. Her responsibilities involve all accounting and administrative aspects of the company including the daily maintenance and updating of our website!
