We just wanted to express of extreme gratitude for everthing that Mike and Mickey have done for us this past week. They have definitely surpassed our expectations of a used car dealership. The two of them did so much for us that were not even their responsibility because neither issue was Automaxx's to deal with. The first one was a recall/warranty through Chryslers for our 2007 Caravan's rear AC unit evaporator coil. Mickey set up the appointment with the dealership and I did not have to worry about a thing. When there was an issue with the dealership Mike was more than happy to work with me when the dealership would not. He gave me a loaner car and picked up my van in Amherstburg for me so that I was still able to run my errands in time for my vacation the next day. The second issue was that Chrysler's found that a tie rod end needed to be replaced. I asked Mickey if he could find out if Shelby's would be able to fit me in that very same day and it was so wonderful that he came through for us. He even brought it there for me so that all I had to do was pay and pick up my van. I am so extremely grateful for all of their work!! The pair of them really saved our vacation!! AutoMAXX has not seen the last of us!! We are definitely going to be repeat customers!!

There aren't even words to express just how much we really appreciate everything that Mike and Mickey have done for us!!

Hi, my name is Kylie Lefaive and I have recently bought a 2007 dodge charger from Windsor AutoMAXX. I was dealing with Mickey and he was absolutely incredible. He always stayed in contact with me, even after I bought the vehicle. Normally sales men want their sale and then do not care what you need after because they already got your business. Mickey made sure I was taken care of, made sure that when I had problems with my car had it fixed in a timely manner giving me an extra car while it got fixed since I am from Chatham. At any time I hear of friends or family looking to buy used cars I will recommend him every time as I believe he deserves it! He is a dedicated, generous and loyal employee that I hope you do not take for granted.

Approximately 2 years ago I bought a used car from a dealer in Sarnia coming out of a bad situation. I was financed at a high rate and treated like i was little more than a drop in the bucket. Here I am 2 years later and I decide to start browsing the internet for the vehicle I wanted 2 years ago.... a Ford Escape. To be honest as I browsed the many options on the Internet I started to get that worried feeling from the way I was treated two years prior. I cacme upon your website and saw the Escape I knew I wanted. Skeptically i sent an email for more information and within minutes i was contacted by Rick Warren, with my guard still up Rick talked to me and told me my options and Instantly I realized that your company was different. Through many emails Rick and I exchanged ( also with the expertise and help of both Matt and Mickey) we made arrangements for me to come down and drive the vehicle also allowing Mickey to look at the trade in I was bringing. After all this we were able to strike a deal which i felt little pressure to sign on but was very excited and truly felt like I was one of the family as well. The deal was subject to awaiting a Carproof on my vehicle which was certainly understandable. This was late on a Friday that we came to the deal. First thing Monday morning Mickey called me with News that my car had been in an accident before I got it ( this I was unaware of) my stomach turned and I thought that i wouldnt get the Esacape now but then they said this to me “ Richard we wont give up until we get you into that Escape we PROMISE we will figure something out”

After some leg work we were able to close the deal and I truly want to extend my most sincere gratitude, appreciation and respect for Rick, Mickey, and Matt I know how I could have been looked at or treated but I wasnt they truly made my recent purchase experience fantastic they made everything easy and comfortable. You have truly earned a customer for life from not only me, but my family and all that I speak to about vehicles I will sing the praises of AutoMAXX Windsor.

Well I got a Charger, I'm sorry I went when you weren't there. But just to let you know he picked the car and he is so happy he just loves it. Also I wanted to say thanks to you and all your staff. I really appreciate all your help and the time you and Rick and Matt took for me was great. I have purchased a few vehicles in the past and because I'm a woman I have always been viewed as naive but I have a good knowledge about cars from my dad. Your dealership was the first place I was treated with respect. I will be back to you guys when my truck gets too old. Good job guys and thanks again.
